Terms of Use

The service
SenTra is an AI system that translates text and documents between Kazakh, Russian and English. The public website version uses a cloud AI model provider (see the Privacy Policy), is provided as is, free of charge, and may change or be paused for maintenance.
Fair use
Up to 10 000 characters per text request, files up to 10 MB and 50 pages, one document at a time, and a limited number of requests per 10 minutes from one address. For larger volumes, ask us about the on-premise edition.
Acceptable content
Do not submit content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to process. Do not try to overload, probe or bypass the limits of the service.
Machine translation
Translations are produced by an AI model and may contain errors. Review important documents before you rely on them; for certified or notarised documents, use a professional linguist.
Your documents
You keep all rights to the documents you submit and to their translations. We use them only to produce the translation and delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ALDIS Petrosolutions is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of translations produced by the public service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
